POTLUCK AND Baby Showers for Courtney Brock and Stephanie Dominguez THIS SABBATH - AUGUST 1st
On August 1st, we will be having a baby shower for both Courtney and Stephanie along with our potluck. Stephanie has said she's stocked up on baby stuff and gift cards to Target and Walmart would be great. For Courtney:
Colostrum/breast milk collection syringes
Glass tommee tippee bottles with extra slow flow and slow flow nipple
Bedside bassinet and infant car seat have been purchased by Donna Fisher. You may contribute to these items if you’d like. Please see Donna if you’d like to help out or if you have any questions!
We Love Pets, BUT...
Please do not bring pets to church due to the allergies of those around you.
Beginner Teachers
We need teachers for the Beginner's Sabbath School. Please let Danna Smith know if you are interested.
Reminder for youth/kids/teens Sabbath School Teachers
Teaching Sabbath School is rewarding and helps so many kids. There are things in place to help protect not only the kids but you and the church as well. One of those is the letting the conference run a basic background check and provide you with some basic training. If you haven't done so and work with kids here at Oasis, please go to the following link. It will be of no expense to you - it is covered by the conference. Let Pastor know if you have any questions!
Christina Rust has an open spot at her small, in-home daycare for ages 6 weeks to 4 years old.
"I currently care for four kiddos at a time and one will be aging out at the end of July. I keep my group small (max of 4), so each child gets lots of attention and care.
If an earlier start is needed, that might be arranged.

Primary Sabbath School Treasure Box
Primary Sabbath school (ages 5-8 and all boys unless there is a visitor) has started a treasure box. If the kids can say the memory verse from the previous week, they get to pick a treasure. We would love donations - if you find little inexpensive things at a dollar store when you're out and about.

We are now collecting items for the blessing box right here in church. The shelves right by the side entrance are for donations. Bring your donations in and we will make sure the blessing box is always filled.
